so bad
Terrible apps, horrible service
I bought in app purchase for one week subscription. Took me 3 days and a few e-mails before i can download the newspaper. And they did not replace the three days worth of newspaper that i lost. But because I love the newspaper, I had been reading it for the past 20 years, I purchased a month worth of subscription 5 days ago. until today, i still cannot download the newpaper. The staffs said need to confirm this and need to confirm that. I bought a lot of digital magazines , and can download them right away. Even The Star digital apps is much better and customer service more plasant. The apps itself always hang. Terrible apps and even more horrible customer service! Goodbye NST.
